What is 'Library Reserves' option in left panel, after creating course?

As a teacher, I would like to know about the option which is present in the Canvas LMS training video but while I'm creating a course it is not appearing.

Which specific training video are you referring to?
Many schools have set up additional links and tools in Canvas that are automatically added to their courses. It sounds like the school where the video was recorded has added a tool pointing to the website for their library reserves.
You can see all the links and tools that your school has configured in the Canvas course menu by clicking on Settings > Navigation. Menu items which are enabled will be at the top, and items which are available on the system but not enabled by default will be at the bottom.
