Hello  @tvanduyne ,

I've also noticed over the course of the semester that Safari does not play nicely with Canvas.  I find Safari is particularly nasty when a student is trying to upload a file or produce a video response ( Video tool with commenting features).   I use Chrome and Firefox without any issues.
