Who is my CSR?

Our CSR has moved on to another job, who is my new CSR? Should I expect an introduction of some sort?

Hi Jeff,

Are you referring a Customer Success Manager or are you referring to someone in Support?  Your institution's status with respect to either hasn't changed as far as I can see.
