Why are some students getting Page Error?

We are having multiple students who are experiencing the same issue. They are receiving this error when they click on the assignment. Any idea why most students do not have this issue and are able to submit their work, while others are receiving this error message?

I have some students having this issue and have made a support ticket for them - so far no response.

A couple of the first troubleshooting steps I usually go through
1. double checking they are using a Canvas supported browser

2. having them check that their internet connection is strong and consistent

If those two things check out then having the students utilize the link "click her to tell us what happened" really is a great option for notifying support.
