Hello, I have several courses designed and several students have only numbers when I look for them in "people", then I go to their profiles I see only numbers and no names. Sometimes they have updated their profile with their names but I still see only numbers.
the most concerning thing is that when I am evaluating their tasks/activities their submissions appear empty, showing no name or number at all. I need help, this is an urgent matter because I am starting with the main evaluations of the course. Please help!
