Work access

On my computer, I am unable to open my work and syllabuses. But when I login to canvas on my phone, it works perfectly fine. Do you think that my laptop may be the problem?

I'm hoping this can be fixed because I prefer to work on laptop. It is easier and more convenient for me. Thank you.
