How do I import an exam into my grade book? I go to settings and it tells me that it is not the right kind of file. I am trying to upload a zip file.

Welcome Michelle.  I know, from experience, that you cannot upload a zip file into a test.  I uploaded tests using the Blackboard 6/7/8/9 export .zip file.  I've also used the QTI .zip file when I used the ExamView program.  (The test had to be exported as QTI).
