Zoom and Canvas

Hi,

I'm trying to use the zoom link on canvas. I have enabled it in the navigation section of settings, it is right under the "home button," however every time I try to use it, it keeps saying: 

User does not exist: 193528@hcps.net.

Error Code 1001 - INT_4022d296af978de3

All the forums say to make sure your zoom account is open in the same browser. So I did that and tried again. Nothing. I made sure the emails to both canvas and zoom were the same also. Still, no luck. 

Anybody have any other ideas? Please let me know.

I had the exact same problem. I found the problem is because I created a free ZOOM account using my work email.  What I did is, ending the free account then creating an account through our university's zoom, log into the zoon account through university zoom log in.  Then the problem has gone away.

I did that already, and I still have this problem.
