access to multiple children

I have two students on Canvas. When I get the Canvas notifications, I can click and see the grades for one student. For the other, I am locked out of seeing the grades. Any ideas what I did wrong?

Could you provide more information and perhaps a screenshot? Are you able to view your second child's course information, but not their grades or are you not able to view their course information at all?

I would advise that you contact your child's institution for help with your observer access.
