I deleted a file I'd like to recover if possible

I am trying to record a video for an assignment on canvas and the camera light is on but the box that opens up just keeps loading and not opening. How do I get the camera to work or connect to canvas?

I would like to share only one of my Canvas courses outside my university.  How do I do that?  I presume I would add such outside users as observers or course guests, but I am unsure how to handle the permission process.Thanks,Jim BrennerFlorida Tech
