Canvas won't load. I can’t use it on my computer but can log into my phone. It let's me log in but then freezes. I cannot see my dashboard on computer. Can I please just get an email or phone number for customer service?

 I forgot submitting the assignment before due date. After the due date, the "submit" button is not accessible. The professor agrees to accept the delayed work, but how the professor can accept the work on bCourses? Thank you!

I have found the course setting to change the default due date time, however it only allows for a time on the hour (7:00, 8:00, 9:00, etc.). I would like to be able to set the default time to something other than on the hour. Is this possible?
