im enrolled in the class but its not on my canvas

I do not have the pencil link to edit in student ID section.    I have seen the videos to change students passwords, but my link does not have this area by the students profile page.   HELP!!!!

Are our course class times supposed to automatically appear in the calendar, or must we add dates, times,  and locations for each course ourselves? I see assignments for one course on my calendar,  but nothing else is there.
