cannot access Canvas with my lop top

HI i am having problems viewing my assignments,files and dashboard when i log in with my lop top but on my cellular i can open Canvas why i cannot open it with my lop top?

 @elizabethespino , greetings! If you are able to access Canvas from your phone, but not your laptop, my guess is that it has to do with your Internet browser. My recommendation is to try switching internet browsers. I'd recommend Chrome or Firefox.
