emails from professors from instructure go to spam

I've had a problem with every email from my professors going to my spam folder.  The emails come from "@instructure.com".  After putting in a help desk ticket with my email service provider, they let me know that the ip address that instructure.com sends from - 23.249.221.122 - is on a blacklist with SORBS and the only way to stop it is for you all to get yourself delisted.

I'm not sure if Canvas Support would be able to help with this at all, but have you tried contacting them yet to see if they can provide any assistance?  It would be interesting to hear what they suggest...if anything.  How do I contact Canvas Support? - Canvas Community
