export answers to essay questions?

Is there any way to download all students' answers to essay questions in a quiz as pdf files?

Ideally, this would be like the "download all submissions" for an assignment, but only for the free response answers in a quiz.

Unfortunately, there is not a way to do this with out copying and pasting.  You can copy and paste directly out of the speedgrader, or try the work around proposed by @alice_petillo for downloading an excel spreadsheet that you can then use to copy and paste the individual responses.  You might also want to join the idea conversation where she proposed that solution, here: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Idea-Conversations/Download-essay-questions/idi-p/319728
