fact and dim table missing in canvas data

Hi,
I just found out when we used canvas-data-sdk in python to fetch files, we could only get several requests files, but all other facts and dimension tables were missing ( starting from 13, Oct and files count reduced from 155 to 45). Also, the recent files in canvas data portal didn't update since 29, July.
Well, just for your information, we enabled canvas live events on 29, July. I don't think this would cause any trouble since I saw people post about using canvas data and canvas live events together without confliction.
I'm really anxious about this unexpected behavior since our project relies on canvas data. Could anyone please help us fix this, or at least point out why this happened?
