how to sort out Dashboard problem

How can I stop my Dashboard from 'strobing'? Nothing will settle, the courses just fluctuate as white strobing squares.

What web browser are you using?  In general, you should be using an up-to-date version of either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as you are navigating around the Canvas environment.  Either of these browsers will give you the best experience in Canvas vs. using another browser such as Edge. What are the browser and computer requirements for Canvas?  Also, if you are already using Chrome or Firefox, have you tried using the other browser to see if you notice any differences?  Another thing to try is to clear your browser's cache/history:

Hi,

 I cleared all my browser histories and I have the latest Google Chrome and Firefox running trying to sort out the strobing problem. Nothing has proved to be successful - it is still strobing. I am getting very nervous as I need to access my dashboard immediately and am still unable to do so. Any more Ideas? Can my account be erased and re-created? Thanks

Since the suggested remedies haven't worked, please contact Canvas Support so an agent can look directly at the environment and help resolve this. How do I get help with Canvas as a student? provides general instructions, but if your school has customized its help menu, please follow the support pathway specified by the school.
