A student on my course was using their own iPad to take a quiz and could not see embedded images in the questions, whether the quiz was acessed with the Canvas Student app or via Google Chrome - a blank space appeared instead (see attached). I've seen other posts about enabling cross-website tracking to display images, but would this need to be addressed in the settings of both the app and Chrome, or is there a global iOS setting? Or is it something else entirely...?
By chance is the student using a device with iOS14? If so, they may have to enable Cross-Website Tracking so the images show.
From iOS Settings, find Student/Safari, then toggle the option. This hopefully will allow those images to display!
