How do I import existing courses from Blackboard to Canvas?

Hi @pemmett 

OMG, haven't had to do this for years, but this guide should help you, How do I import content from Blackboard 6/7/8/9 into Canvas? 

From what I remember, certain question types will not import well, because Canvas does not have an equivalent item type. I also found some good discussion at Blackboard to Canvas Migration Strategies.
