As far as I know, and I don't know much with FFT, there is no practical limit to the numbers of students you can enroll in a course. From an impractical perspective, we learned years ago that MOOCs don't particularly work well in any LMS, even Canvas.
As for numbers of FFT courses, I do not know of any limit.
I am sure there is some kind of limit to numbers of enrollments and numbers of courses, that's just how the universe works, but I doubt if you could reach those limits nor want to - have you ever tried to effectively manage 10,000 courses, each with 25,000+ enrollments?
