I am guessing you mean the tiles of Courses on your Dashboard tab/page.
Go to the Courses tab/page, click on All Courses.
The first column has a "star" character, The lit up ones are your "favorites".
Turn off a star to make the course not-favorite, then it will be gone from your Dashboard.
