submitting test or quizzes

im a student, i was doing a test and i got kicked out and when i tried to open it again it was showing as summited where i never summited because i was still working on it, can you please help me to contact a tech support team so they can help me to fix that bug or issue

You'd be best to contact your teacher, explain the situation, and ask them to give you another attempt at the test. Since this is an assessment and could affect your grade, I'm not sure an Instructure tech support would be able to help you.  It may have submitted because a time limit ran out, or some other reason that your teacher should be made aware. 

As to why you were kicked out, perhaps your internet connection isn't fast enough?
