This is pretty simple! You can share a public link with friends and family of any video in your Studio library. They do not need to have a Canvas account. Here's the Guide for your info: How do I get a public link or embed code for media... - Canvas Community

You have the option to download submissions on the main assignment info page. It gives you a .zip file.

I'm not sure if you meant to post your reply in another topic. It sounds like your suggestion is about downloading assignment submissions, but @tmac55 was asking about Canvas Studio videos...two different things. Hope this helps to clarify for you.
