Where is the fall 2020 template?  Or the summer 2020 template?

You may not realize it, but you asked this question in a global community of Canvas users. Your question is specific to your institution, which based off your email address is Indiana University. 

I found this video online, Fall 2020 Canvas Templates Overview Webinar. Starting about 12:30 into the video, it says to go to Course Settings and then choose Apply Course Template from the menu on the right side.

I would encourage watching the whole video so you're aware of changes and other important information.
