Can the Canvas grade book be loaded to the Jupiter grading system?

Our school needs to use the Jupiter grading system but we are also using Canvas.  In order for the teachers to only have to enter grades in one system I was wondering if there was a way to load grades from Canvas to Jupiter.

At this point we do not have a grade pass back with Jupiter.
