When enrolling users, can I assign the same user multiple sections within the same course with the SIS import?

We are using Canvas as a training system for seasonal instructors but need to assign users to multiple sections for specific HR requirements based on teaching site and positions. Is there a way to assign multiple sections to a user upon uploading the SIS enrollment document? I know you can manually assign users to multiple sections, but due to the volume of instructors we have coming in, this is not feasible. Have not seen any examples of someone uploading one or more CSV files to assign users multiple sections.
