Embedding a smaller sized Arc Video

We are building a course page, in which we would like to embed several (7) Arc videos.

The embedding works fine, although we are not satisfied with the lay-out this generates. (very long page, losing the overview)
The iFrames have a default size of 800x880 px, and adjusting this creates scrollbars to the sides which do not look nice.
Therefor we're wondering what solutions there are to embed resized versions of the videos in our page. Perhaps with thumbnails if that's possible?

This can be done by accessing the HTML. But you don't want to be doing that for every Arc video embedded. I am hoping there will be a way for each institution or course to set their own default size.
