Using Arc on an Android device

I'm able to record video using an iOS device and add it to the Arc Media Library, but when I use an Android nothing at all happens when I click the "Choose file" button. I can't even add prerecorded media. I've tried both an Android phone and a tablet. Is this a glitch or is the feature not yet available for Android?
