Our campus IT department is what are best practices (vendor instructions?) for deploying the ARC Screen Recorder across networked, and managed, computers in campus computer labs (Mac and Win), faculty office computers, and etc. Their goal is to leave the screen recorder app installed and ready for faculty & students using those computers and not leave ARC to prompt them to download & install each time a user attempts to record their screen with the new screen capture feature. (Ex. SilentInstall with Windows System Center, an .msi, & etc… and Monkey, & etc. for MacOS)
We haven't been successful in getting this information. Has anyone else in the community?
