Is anyone else experiencing issues with webcam recording in Firefox recently?

Hi all,

We've had faculty report that they can no longer record their webcams using Studio in a Firefox browser. I was searching the Community for possible solutions, but I only ran across other users facing the same thing.

I'm wondering if anyone has ran across a solution for this?

Update: audra_agnelly@hcpss.org‌ reported that her faculty have found a workaround. Instead of first choosing "Webcam" under the record options, selecting "Screen Capture" and then switching the setting to "Webcam" only seems to work.

The original issue (the "Webcam" recording button not working in Firefox) has been reported to Canvas Support.
