The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December. Read our blog post for more info about this change.
⚠️ The Co-Labs pilot has now been closed. As future opportunities to join the pilot or give feedback arise, you'll hear from us in the Product Blog. Looking forward to sharing more on Co-Labs, later this year!
We’re excited to introduce Co-Labs – Instructure’s new interactive product roadmap experience. Co-Labs makes it easier for you to see what we’re working on, understand where your feedback goes, and directly influence what comes next.
Historically, customer feedback has often felt like it disappears into a black box. Submitting an idea could feel disconnected from our roadmap or product priorities. With Co-Labs, we’re changing that.
This new approach replaces our more traditional, open-ended feedback submission model with a focused, transparent process that’s tied directly to our roadmap. That means when you engage, you’ll see not only how your input fits into our work but also where it stands in our development process.
The pilot is where we test and refine this new model. As a participant, you’ll:
This pilot will only be valuable if participants are active and engaged. We’re looking for customers who are excited to dive in, test the new process, and provide meaningful feedback we can learn from.
If you’re eager to shape how feedback is gathered, prioritized, and acted on, we’d love for you to raise your hand.
👉 Express your interest in joining the Co-Labs pilot
Submitting this form shows your interest, but does not guarantee participation. We’ll use responses to build a balanced, engaged pilot group.
We’ll be finalizing the pilot group soon. If you’re selected, you’ll hear from us by September 19. If you don’t receive an invitation by then, it simply means we weren’t able to include you this time.
Even so, your interest matters, and there will be more opportunities to engage as Co-Labs grows.
This pilot is an exciting first step in reimagining how customer voices guide product decisions. We’d love for you to raise your hand and be part of shaping what comes next.
