Videri allows district administrators to publish a watchlist so that they can create watchlists for other users in the organization.
To publish a watchlist, open a previously created watchlist and click Publish from the sidebar. Then choose one or more roles or users who should receive access to the watchlist.
If there are a lot of Videri users in your organization, locate applicable users using the search box displayed above the list of roles or users.
Click the Publish button to apply your changes. A confirmation message appears.
You can click the link in the confirmation message to return to the watchlist.
WARNING: Publishing a watchlist replaces previously published information, so make sure that you always publish to all the users who should be able to access the watchlist.
Users to whom the watchlist has been published will see the published watchlist in the Shared with You section on the Watchlists page:
NOTE: A published watchlist cannot be edited or deleted by the users to whom the watchlist was published.
To remove a user's access to a watchlist, the administrator must re-publish the watchlist using a recipient list that does not include the user.
To unpublish a watchlist, the administrator must re-publish the watchlist using a recipient list containing no selected roles or users.
