Can Catalog accept manual SIS uploads like Canvas can? Wondering if a CSV file can be used to populate a course. Thanks!

Those of you that are using Catalog at higher ed institutions, how are adding students? Is anyone using anything like the student information system? If so, was that hard to get approved? Thanks!
