Is it possible to re-issue a badge in the same completed module?

I plan to setup a badge that expires every year. Will it be possible for the student to attempt the same module again and be awarded with an updated badge with the new date?

Is it possible to hide native (not external tools) course navigation links by default? eg. the Files menu link.

We want to make some navigation links hidden by default when the course is created. Not external LTI's - as we can do that by XML. An example is the Files link we want to hide it by default. Any idea...
