Cross-listing is a significant course action. As of right now, Canvas does not report cross-listing actions in the Course Activity Log in the Admin Tools, and that information is only kept in other logs for 30 days from the date of the cross-listing or de-cross listing action. This makes getting this information after 30 impossible. 

This information should be recorded and retained in perpetuity as a Course Activity event.
