I would the like to suggest adding the ability to share a course with a specific colleague in the institution . Currently instructors can share a course by adding it to the commons were any one from the community or institution have access to it .  While the copy process is available , the Send To feature for the whole course make the course sharing easier specifically for instructors who do not have the ability to add/remove  users in the course . The Send To of a course can be added to the course card as in the following sample
