When students pull up the Canvas App on an iPad, students click on a course and the students navigate to the homepage for that course.  When students pull up the Canvas App on an iPad when using the Canvas for Elementary feature enabled, students click on a subject and then are given a blank screen on the right and an extensive menu on the left.  

It would be great to see the app allow teachers to determine what menu options are available to their students for navigation - this is problematic as our youngest learners have happy fingers and like to press many buttons.  It would also be helpful for the student to be navigated to the subject homepage as well.
