It would be extremely helpful to troubleshoot csv files in the Test  Environment if email could be turned on.  Right now, if there is an issue with a csv file, we get a message that "There was a problem with xxx in the upload file. Check your email for more details." 

This option works great in Production.  It would be great if we could get these emails in test as well.
