How do I get the Modernized SpeedGrader enabled to try it out?  The FAQ is confusing as it says it will be "disabled and unlocked."  Should this say "enabled and unlocked"? If there is a setting that Admin needs to turn on, can you provide instructions on where to do so?  Thanks!

A: Once made available for you in Production on March 15, it will be disabled and unlocked at the root account. The "Modernized SpeedGrader Platform" feature option can be enabled or disabled at the account, sub-account, or course levels via their respective settings.
