In my position at the College of Saint Benedict/St. John's University I train faculty, staff and students on campus-wide supported software (i.e. Access, Excel, IE, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Windows 7 & Word). I train on web-specific software such as Ingeniux, LMS, Custom Guide, SharePoint & eFolio. I prepare/maintain training schedules, room schedules, attendance information, outlines for training and various handouts specific to training. I also offer department-specific and one-on-one training sessions. I maintain a training database, organize/run end-of-semester reports and training evaluations. I also supervise a student worker who helps with training.
