I am a Curriculum Development Specialist (formerly -- before a university-wide job re-classification Coordinator of Instructional Design) at the Indiana University School of Nursing in Indianapolis. I have been in this position for 20 years and at the university 29 years. Canvas is the 4th LMS I have supported faculty in during my tenure at IUPUI, and by far my favorite. I support approximately 100 faculty (full- and part-time) and about 40 staff. My primary functions are to develop and provide faculty development in distance learning, various technologies including Canvas, Microsoft 365 and Adobe products. I prepare and publish documentation as "deskside aids" or email tips.
