I have the exact same problem as Dave and Trina indicated. I note that there hasn't been a response since Trina's post. Is there a work around or a resolution to this issue?

I uploaded a narrated PowerPoint to the announcement area of a Canvas Group and the members of the group have told me they can’t access the file. They say they receive a message saying they are “unauthorized” to view the file. What can I do to enable the group members to view the narrated PowerPoint?

A student is claiming that they never received notification via Canvas that the instructor of one of their courses made comments in the comments tab (I'm assuming in the Speed grader area) about their not having submitted their work. I'm wondering if that's possible. How are students notified when instructors give feedback in Speed Grader? Do they have to check on that themselves?
