This is a good idea! It would maybe even be good with a 15 seconds button, so if you want to step back 30 seconds, you just press the button twice. I usualy use features like this when I look at like YouTube videos.

I totaly agree with this. It should also be able to have the speed options (x0.75), (x1.25) and (x1.75).
