Management and direction of clinical and non clinical eLearning projects development life cycle
Monitor daily operations and provide leadership and line management to the Learning Solutions Team across multiple locations
Identification of various HMC departments’ end-user training needs and expectations to develop learning solutions.
Collaborate, establish and maintain strong relationships with supported healthcare departments and key business stakeholders to develop learning solutions that meet their learning needs.
Interaction with 3rd party contractors/vendors and internal business stakeholders
Ensure applied instructional design in the development of training material
Establish eLearning design and development strategy, policies and standards
Management and direction of Hamad International Training Centre’s Learning Management System (Canvas LMS) which supports eight hospitals and eleven medical services with over of 25000 users in total.
