I have also had two faculty members report this issue. Firefox does seem to fix it.

I would recommending extending the deadline for migrating from Classic Quizzes until after all of the bugs are worked out with the bulk migration or course copy migration option is complete. Since both tools exist currently, consider if there really is a need to sunset Classic Quizzes so soon.

When will the migrate to New Quizzes on course copy feature be working? The option is there, but the migration doesn't work?
Also, when will you be able to export new Quizzes to the Commons or another instance of Canvas?

I am so grateful for this feature:
Copy Course from one to another (Master, Sandbox Course, Blueprint or Single Course)
If you use the Settings → Course Copy, all Classic Quizzes in the origination course will automatically migrate to a New Quiz in the copy process. Related Question Banks migrate to Item Banks automatically. Course relationship to the bank maintained.

@James I used the copy I had already made again--I deleted the values and then started over. I am still not able to see the Canvas menu if I try to download a fresh copy.
