Hi there, @RonDunn … Thanks for the additional detail.  I guess I am still a little unclear what you mean by “hardly works at all”.  When you click on “Insights” for one of your videos and then view the insights for a particular student…are you not able to click on the student’s name under the video to view the insights?  Does something seem broken in Studio to view the insights?  If that is the case, I would suggest you reach out to Canvas Support to report it so that you can get a ticket created.  Do you know for sure that your students watched the videos?  And, if so, are the insights not showing that they have watched all or parts of the video?  That would also be something to mention to Canvas Support.   How do I contact Canvas Support?
