Hi, we are implementing our Canvas instance and going live at the end of November. We had a soft launch with some test users and realised that adding users to a group in Commons was a manual task. Not only that, but only users who had already logged in and accessed the Commons tab could be added to a Commons group, otherwise they can't. When it comes to our go-live we will need to load hundreds of users so the manual way is not really viable. We are exploring API options, but I am not an expert, so I was wondering if there is another way of doing it? Our users should not see all the Commons content, only what is shared to their group, so this step is very important for us. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Lorena ... View more
