Thanks for posting this in the global Canvas Community!
I would have to agree with @SubashParajuli that exporting the gradebook into a CSV would be the best option.
I did see that you can look at the individual gradebook view and have it show totals as points instead of percentage, on Student Grade Page. It looks like an idea was submitted that would potentially allow for this option with your assignment groups on the gradebook. It looks like is picked up some traction and is still open for voting. HERE is a link to that idea if you are interested in voting in favor of it.

Thanks for posting this in the global Canvas Community!
For the appointment, do you know if your instructor set up appointment groups in the course calendar? If so, THIS guide goes over how to sign up for scheduled appointment slots. If you are not seeing this option, you might need to reach out to your professor to see how they want you to schedule the appointment. Sometimes instructors will set up appointment office hours using third party tools such as Zoom, or MS teams.

From the screenshots you sent, it seems your appointments were created correctly.
It is normal for them to show greyed out. they only show a solid color after students sign up to them.
You can see it in this guide:
How do I add a Scheduler appointment group in a course calendar?
"Time slots that have been reserved by students will show as a solid color."
Since the appointments have been set up correctly, make sure that students go to their calendar, and then select "find appointments" on the right to be able to find the appointments.
If they don't select that, they won't see the slots.

I would highly suggest that you reach out to your instructor for the course about this question. Unfortunately, folks here in the Canvas Community don't have access to Mohawk College's Canvas environment or your course(s). You can contact your instructor by following the steps in this Guide: How do I get help with Canvas as a student?. Also, I know that this page is meant more for the faculty at Mohawk College, but I found a page for their Centre for Teaching & Learning, and it may have some contact information for you to use in the event that you're unable to get in touch with your instructor. ...there are some other things to try.
Make sure that you are using an up-to-date web browser. Canvas works best using either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Also, take a few minutes to review this Guide: What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?.
Contact Florida Atlantic Univerity staff who work directly with Canvas at an administrative level. This might be people from their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department. I navigated around FAU's website, and I found your Canvas login page which has a "Need Help?" link which might be useful for you: FAU | Single Sign On.
Reach out to the Canvas Help Desk staff at Instructure. They might have some additional suggestions for you to try. How do I contact Canvas Support? - Instructure Community.

Every question that is added to quizzes by you is automatically saved in Unflied questions in the question bank. From there, you can move questions to your required question bank. For moving questions, refer here: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/How-do-I-move-multiple-questions-from-one-question-bank-to/ta-p/1238 Hope this was helpful.

What @SubashParajuli said is correct for a single course. However, it sounded like to me that you are administering several courses and you would like to perform the notification for all the courses at one time - not each course individually. I do not know of a way to perform that operation on multiple courses at one time. An admin would have better insight into the possibility of what you want to do.
