Another vote for a screen recording feature within the media comment tool in SpeedGrader, so that our instructors would not need to use third party tools for this.

We have faculty members asking for this to be fixed as well. Item banks should be tied to the course they are created in so that sharing to copied courses isn't necessary.

Agreed. I would love to be able to add the alt-text at the Files level, and then wherever you use the image in the course, the alt-text will already be attached.
