Thanks SamOHanlon.  That worked!  However, the Canvas Student app is pretty disappointing.  We are going to stop recommending it.  I tested our course on my Android using Chrome and the experience was much better--nearly perfect.  A video still glitched, but clearning the browser may help.  Now I just have to test it on an iOS phone. ...
